House Rules

Thank you for choosing Jasmin Villas Djerba for your stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and maintain the quality of our properties, we kindly ask that you respect the following house rules.

By completing your booking, you agree to abide by these rules.

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM (15:00)

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM (11:00)

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability (additional fees may apply)

• Please notify us in advance if you expect to arrive outside of standard hours

• A valid ID or passport is required for all guests during check-in

• The maximum number of guests allowed in each villa is specified in your booking confirmation

• Exceeding the maximum capacity is strictly prohibited and may result in additional charges or termination of your stay

• All guests must be registered at check-in

• Visitors are allowed during daytime hours (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM) but must not stay overnight without prior approval

• Children of all ages are welcome

• Children under 12 years old stay free when using existing beds

• Cots and extra beds are available upon request (additional charges may apply)

• Maximum number of extra beds/cribs depends on the villa capacity

• Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times

• Please inform us in advance if you require extra beds or cots

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all villas

• Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only (terraces, gardens, pool areas)

• Please dispose of cigarette butts properly in provided ashtrays

• Violation of the no-smoking policy may result in cleaning fees (minimum TND 600)

• Pets are not permitted in our villas unless explicitly approved in advance

• If you wish to bring a pet, please contact us before booking

• Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees or termination of your stay

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

• Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during quiet hours

• Loud music, parties, or excessive noise may disturb other guests and is not permitted

• We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if noise complaints are not addressed

• Pool hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool

• No diving, running, or rough play around the pool area

• Glass containers are not permitted in pool areas for safety reasons

• Please use pool towels provided (do not take indoor towels to the pool)

• Outdoor furniture should remain in designated areas and not be moved without permission

• Please keep the villa clean and tidy during your stay

• Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee

• Please report any damages, malfunctions, or maintenance issues immediately

• Do not move or rearrange furniture without permission

• Dispose of trash in provided bins and follow recycling guidelines if applicable

• The kitchen is fully equipped for guest use

• Please wash dishes and clean up after cooking

• Do not leave food out overnight (to prevent pests)

• Report any broken or malfunctioning appliances immediately

• Cooking strong-smelling foods (e.g., fish) should be done with proper ventilation

• Lock all doors and windows when leaving the villa

• Do not leave valuables unattended or in plain sight

• Use the safe provided for storing passports, cash, and jewelry

• Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and fire extinguisher locations

• In case of emergency, contact us immediately and dial local emergency services (190 for police, 198 for ambulance)

• Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire alarms, or security systems

• Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the villa

• Please use air conditioning and heating responsibly to conserve energy

• Turn off lights, fans, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the villa

• Water is a precious resource in Djerba - please use it wisely

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities of any kind

• Drug use or possession

• Weapons or firearms

• Parties or events without prior written approval

• Subletting or allowing unauthorized guests to stay

• Commercial photography or filming without permission

• Tampering with locks, security systems, or property infrastructure

• Bringing outside food and beverages for consumption on the property

• Use of BBQ or open fires without supervision

• Fishing or hunting on the property

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay

• Accidental damages should be reported immediately

• Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest

• A security deposit may be held and will be refunded after inspection (typically within 7 days of checkout)

• Jasmin Villas is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings

• Treat the villa and its contents with care and respect

• Be considerate of neighbors and the local community

• Follow local customs and cultural norms

• Do not remove items from the villa (towels, linens, kitchenware, etc.)

• Report any issues or concerns to us promptly

• Failure to comply with these house rules may result in:

- Verbal or written warnings

- Additional cleaning or repair fees

- Forfeiture of security deposit

- Immediate termination of stay without refund

- Legal action if necessary

• We reserve the right to enter the villa if house rules are being violated or in case of emergency
