Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services or make a booking.

Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from Jasmin Villas via email

• Full payment or deposit (as specified) is required to secure your reservation

• Booking confirmation constitutes a binding contract between you and Jasmin Villas

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion

Payment Terms

• Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other methods as agreed

• A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking (or full payment for bookings made within 30 days of arrival)

• The remaining balance is due 30 days before your check-in date

• Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking

• All payments are in Tunisian Dinars (TND) unless otherwise specified

• Payment processing fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the guest

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in

• Cancellations made 7-1 days before check-in: First night charged

• Cancellations made on the day of check-in or no-show: 100% of total booking charged

• Early departures: 100% of remaining nights charged

• All cancellations must be made in writing via email or through the booking platform

• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days depending on payment method

• Special rate bookings may have different cancellation terms (specified during booking)

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions) may qualify for special consideration

Modification of Bookings

• Requests to modify dates or villa selection are subject to availability

• Modifications made more than 30 days before check-in: No fee (subject to availability)

• Modifications made less than 30 days before check-in: TND 300 modification fee

• Changes to the number of guests may incur additional charges

• We cannot guarantee that modification requests will be accommodated

Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of TND 500 is required for each villa

• The deposit can be paid via credit card authorization or bank transfer

• The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided:

- No damage has occurred to the property

- All house rules have been followed

- The villa is left in good condition

• Deductions from the deposit will be itemized and communicated to you

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

• Complying with all house rules and local laws

• Treating the property and its contents with care

• Reporting any damages or issues immediately

• Ensuring the number of guests does not exceed the maximum capacity

• Supervising children and ensuring their safety

• Keeping noise levels reasonable, especially during quiet hours

• Securing the property when leaving (locking doors and windows)

Liability & Insurance

• Jasmin Villas is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay

• Guests are responsible for their own travel and health insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings

• Jasmin Villas is not responsible for disruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events

• Guests are liable for any damage they cause to the property or its contents

Force Majeure

Jasmin Villas is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms)

• Pandemics or health emergencies

• War, terrorism, or civil unrest

• Government restrictions or travel bans

• Utility failures (water, electricity, internet)

In such cases, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution, which may include rescheduling or partial refunds at our discretion.

Property Condition & Amenities

• We strive to ensure all villas are clean, well-maintained, and as described on our website

• Minor variations in décor, furnishings, or amenities may occur and do not constitute grounds for refund

• If you encounter any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can address them

• We are not responsible for temporary disruptions to utilities (water, electricity, internet) caused by external factors

• Pool and outdoor facilities are subject to weather conditions and seasonal availability

Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal data will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy

• We comply with GDPR and PDPA regulations

• Your data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to process your booking (e.g., payment processors)

• You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time

Intellectual Property

• All content on our website (text, images, logos, videos) is the property of Jasmin Villas or licensed to us

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission

• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

• If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately during your stay so we can resolve it

• Complaints made after your stay may not be eligible for compensation

• We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns promptly

• If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be subject to the laws of Tunisia

• Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Djerba, Tunisia

Termination of Stay

We reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately without refund if:

• You violate house rules or these Terms & Conditions

• You engage in illegal activities

• You cause damage to the property

• You disturb other guests or neighbors

• You exceed the maximum guest capacity

In such cases, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued.

Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time

• Changes will be posted on our website with an updated 'Last Updated' date

• Bookings made before changes take effect will be governed by the terms in place at the time of booking

• Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
